Coaching sessions take place in the #500 block of meeting rooms near the Keynote theater.

 

Advance Your Career with One-on-One Executive Career Coaching 

Looking to grow in your current role or explore new career possibilities? ASAE is proud to offer executive career coaching to registered attendees of the 2025 ASAE Annual Meeting & Exposition. 

As part of our ongoing commitment to leadership development, these personalized coaching sessions are designed to help you gain clarity, refine your goals, and take meaningful steps forward in your career. 

What to Expect: 

  • Private, One-on-One Sessions 
    Meet with an experienced association executive coach in a confidential setting. 
  • Flexible Scheduling 
    Choose your coach, date, and time after registering for the meeting. 
  • Convenient Location 
    Coaching sessions will take place in reserved meeting rooms or relaxed meeting spaces within the Los Angeles Convention Center. 

Coaching Hours: 

  • Sunday, August 10: 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM 
  • Monday, August 11: 12:00 PM – 4:30 PM

Follow these steps to add a Coaching Session to your registration. 

 

Onsite Coaching Sessions

Career Coaching sessions will be offered onsite during the ASAE Annual Meeting and Exposition. All sessions will be held in the #500 Rooms of the LA Convention Center

Each 60-minute 1:1 session is confidential and may cover a variety of topics based on your needs, including:

  • Confidential and candid review of your resume and career portfolio materials
  • Advice on how to address any career-focused areas of concern
  • Guidance on the career search process
  • Developing a roadmap for career success
  • How to build your personal brand

Please Note:

  • Appointment scheduling is arranged via the Attendee Service Center. 
  • Appointments are granted on a first come, first served basis.
  • Please be on time for your appointment. We are unable to accommodate individuals who arrive late.  
  • No refunds will be granted for late or missed appointments.
